If you demand more in that true feel of looking at your potential house than a video tour could possibly be something you might want to look into.  Video tours offer everything you can find in a virtual tour and more.  The different between the two is that a video tour is an actual video, so it’s as if you are literally there.  While virtual tours offer a static wrap around feel, a video tour will act as though you’re walking the property of your potential house.  This technology is formed by the use of video cameras filming locations moving from place to place over and over again.  Video tours allow for continuous movement to be taken within a walking pace.

 

Both tours are becoming increasing popular in the real estate industry.  There are a variety of tours that are generally used in this industry including interactive floor plans to full-service tours.  Interactive floor plans will show photographs of the property to potential buyers with the aid of a floor plan indicating where the photographs were taken in the house.  A full service tour on the other hand are usually created by professional photographers who visit the properties being sold.  They then take several photos and run them through stitching software to create your tour.  Due to this process being more difficult and time consuming it will cost real estate agent companies more to provide them to you.
